Louis Ken-Kwofie (born 6 February 1969) is a Ghanaian retired professional soccer player.

Ken-Kwofie played college soccer with Montclair State.
Ken-Kwofie played one game for the MetroStars, on loan from the New Jersey Stallions, during the 1996 season of Major League Soccer.[1] During that same season, Ken-Kwofie also played for the Pennsylvania Natives, ironically against the MetroStars.[2] Ken-Kwofie was still playing for the Stallions during the 1999 season.[3] Ken-Kwofie also played in the Netherlands with Sparta Rotterdam.[4]
Ken-Kwofie has previously coached Ramapo College.[4] He also coaches youth soccer in New Jersey.[5]
